By placing an order with Backbone Drum Store, you agree to these terms.

Backbone Drum Store is operated by Jack Nelson, trading as Backbone Drum School, ABN 80 806 855 467, 4/1070 Beaufort Street, Bedford WA 6052.
Pricing
All store prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless specifically stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. If we list an item at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment options shown at checkout. Full payment is required at checkout, except for special orders, which require a deposit.
Discount codes
Only one discount code can be used per order unless we say otherwise. Codes can't be exchanged for cash, applied to past orders, or combined with other offers. We may end a promotion at any time.
Stock and orders
All orders are subject to availability. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you've ordered, we'll contact you to offer a wait time, an alternative or a refund. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
Special orders
We can order in items we don't normally stock. Special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We'll give you an estimated arrival time, but supplier timeframes are outside our control.
Product information
We do our best to make product descriptions and images accurate. Colours, finishes and wood grain may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Delivery and risk
Responsibility for your order passes to you once it's delivered to the address you gave us, or once you collect it.
Website content
All content on this website is owned by Backbone Drum School and can't be copied or reused without permission. This includes our text, photos, logos and graphics.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies.
