SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post, including to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. We don't currently ship internationally.

 

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Special orders ship once the item arrives from our supplier.

 

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery address.

 

Tracking and delivery
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location and Australia Post's service levels. We can't control delays caused by the carrier, weather, peak periods or other events outside our control.

 

Out-of-stock items
If part of your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll contact you. You can choose to wait, have the available items sent now, or get a refund for the missing items.

Local pickup
You can choose free local pickup at checkout from Backbone Drum School, 4/1070 Beaufort Street, Bedford WA 6052. We'll email you when your order is ready. Pickup hours are 1pm–7pm weekdays and 9am–5pm weekends. Please bring your order number and collect within 14 days.

Address errors
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you supplied. If a parcel comes back to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-sending, and you'll pay the extra postage.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us within 7 days at backbonedrumschool@gmail.com. Include photos of any damage. We'll lodge an investigation with Australia Post and replace or refund your order where appropriate.
